Sponsorships

The organizing team will seek sponsorship from government and civic bodies and academic partners.

Experience Gold Coast is a prospective partner for in-kind support such as destination marketing, welcome kits, city tour logistics, and potential co-hosting of the welcome reception.

Griffith University is the proposed official host institution, supporting venue engagement, student volunteers, administrative support, and regional promotion.

Expected Sponsors and Outreach Plan

The conference anticipates securing 4-6 sponsors across different tiers, including at least one Silver Sponsor and one Academic or Startup Partner already under discussion.

The outreach plan targets government, research, and industry organizations including Experience Gold Coast, Tourism and Events Queensland, CSIRO, Google, Amazon Web Services, Westpac, and leading Australian technology companies.

The organizing team will also collaborate with the IEEE CIS Industry and Government Subcommittees to identify additional partners and broaden engagement.
